You're not as stuck as you think you are.

Coaching and skills for people and organisations who want to handle stress differently.

Why I started Aewen

"I spent years in high pressure jobs, feeling stressed, anxious, and unhappy. I thought maybe life was not meant to be all that enjoyable. I was wrong. I discovered you can develop practical skills that enable you to live life with more calm, intent and joy. I created Aewen to help you do the same."- Megan, founder of Aewen.

Is Aewen right for me?

Aewen is coaching, not therapy. It’s for people who are getting through daily life but feel stuck, stressed or overwhelmed, and want practical skills to change that.If you’re dealing with a mental health condition, a psychologist or GP is the right first step. Not sure? Let’s talk it through in the intro call.

Hi, I'm Megan

I spent close to 10 years working in public affairs and government in London, Brussels and The Hague. It was exciting, international and often high-pressure.In 2025, I decided to follow my heart and choose a different path. I trained as a yoga and meditation teacher in Asia, then completed my professional coaching training.I created Aewen because I believe we’re often much less stuck than we think. How we face life's challenges is not set in stone. It's something we can shape, and I help people do just that.
